Why Ted’s Breads

Bread as a metaphor for product

Structure, timing, and ingredients all matter. This section will hold the overarching story/positioning — TODO: swap in real copy.

I treat web experiences like loaves: start with the right starter, give ideas time to proof with research, and shape them with the right balance of design, product, and engineering craft. Feature flags and analytics are the oven thermometer — they keep the bake honest.
